What the form collects

The contact form may ask for your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact channel, and notes about your ring idea or question. If you message Miruu through Messenger, Meta may also process your Messenger account and message details under Meta's own terms.

How Miruu can use it

Miruu can use these details to respond to your inquiry, contact you through your preferred channel, understand your ring idea, and prepare the next consultation step.

When you submit the website form, you agree that Miruu may use your details to reply to that inquiry through your selected contact method.

Who may receive it

Your details may be reviewed by Miruu team members who handle custom ring consultations, store follow-up, and customer support.

Website measurement

Miruu uses Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel to understand website visits, page interactions, Messenger consultation clicks, and confirmed form submissions unless you opt out.

Personal consultation details such as your name, email address, phone number, Messenger ID, and free-text notes are not sent into analytics, advertising, or search events. Miruu does not use browsing replay tools or analytics tools that capture form-field contents.

Website-to-Messenger attribution

When you open Messenger from Miruu's website, Miruu may store an opaque click reference, the page and campaign information connected to that click, and a privacy-protected conversation key so the resulting inquiry can be attributed correctly. Miruu does not store Messenger message text or attachments in this attribution record or send them to analytics platforms.

Diagnostic event summaries are redacted after 7 days. Detailed referral records and unmatched clicks are removed after 90 days, and attribution records without an outcome may be removed after 730 days. Sales or order evidence may be kept longer where needed for legitimate business, accounting, contractual, or legal records.

Analytics choice

Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel may run by default for this browser unless you opt out. You can opt out at any time; if you opt out, Miruu will stop loading Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel for future page loads in this browser and will stop sending Miruu website events where reasonably possible.

How long it is kept

Consultation details should be kept only as long as needed for the inquiry, customer follow-up, recordkeeping, or legal requirements. Website analytics records may be retained inside Google Analytics according to Miruu's analytics settings and Google's policies.

Your choices

You may ask Miruu to review, correct, or remove your submitted details, including website-to-Messenger attribution records, subject to applicable requirements and legitimate business records. You can also adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
